I just don't understand why the question can't be raised. Floyd Mayweather Sr., crackhead or not, has fought world class opponents and has been in the business for many years. His suspicions are not totally unfounded. You can name at least 3 fighters than can possibly beat Floyd but can't name 1 fighter that has a chance to beat Pac convincingly. And don't say Floyd because you don't think he has a chance either.

In terms of championship boxing, it isn't a proper testing procedure because these kinds of tests have never been done in boxing before. The Nevade State Athletic Commission has one of the most, if not the most, stringest testing procedures in professional boxing. Mayweather Sr. scared the **** out of his son and Floyd is now demanding these kinds of tests.
I'm suspicious for two reasons: 1. Pacquiao is moving up in weight and bullying and blowing up guys much bigger than he is. That never happens. You see fighters outbox bigger fighters, but not annihilate them. 2. He refuses to take random blood tests. Refusing to take random blood test shows the chances of him not taking something are very slim. I'm trying to give him the benefit of the doubt, but come on.
Also remember that since moving up all of his camps have been in the Philippines. They say taxes... Some may say...
