I am no lawyer, but if I understand it correctly, for defamation lawsuits, "implying" is almost just as bad as saying it directly. Also, "in my belief" and "in my understanding" are two different meanings. Lawyers can come up with their own interpretations of words. Again, before floydies attack me, I am no lawyer and I am just saying my opinion whether Pac has a case or not. His lawyer thinks so, but imo, this surely will never see a court date.
