I'm not completely explaining this again, because I know you won't pay it any attention. The testing that Pacquiao wants, allows him to use cycles effectively according to experts. In the same way, if each fighter can decide the manner of testing, it can become difficult to get a concensus. This is where the testing commission comes in. What Floyd should have done is petition the NSAC to improve its testing, assuming NSAC even thinks it needs improving. Did he make a request to NSAC? No.
A sport that has been corrupt to its core for as long as any of us can remember, being disgraced by a fighter asking for another to have legit testing for PED's???? Something just does'nt add up in this statement!:-(
