Sure the penalty was "for both fighters" but has there ever been a PED test penalty negotiated in a contract before? Is there a PED penalty in the Clottey fight?

Where is the "caught dirty" penalty for other fights in boxing? There isn't one. If caught dirty like another Freddie Roach fighter James Toney, the fight is thrown out. However Team Manny wanted to pay to make it go away.
