You forgot to mention that no person has been caught with HGH despite the fact that it has been tested by IOC since 2004.

What does that tell us???? No test is basically effective to detect HGH.

Now for those who do not know EPO, it is definitely tested with urine while blood is just used to screen it. The definitve test is urine.
