It's very simple. He means it in the context that up to this point, Shane's been too good a fight for not enough money. I don't think Pac at 50 odd fights gives a **** who he fights as long as the right coin is there and Sugar Shane is the most high-risk, low-reward opponent out there. When Shane beats PBF, he and Pac wil meet and it will be huge because everyone will be calling for it, but as noted, previously up to this point it hasn't had any traction to sell topline PPV's. It's simple ****ing logic!
