dont worry about the negative comments man, theres probably only a handful of people on here who actually train like they say they do. your speed looks fine and of course theres always things to work on but just think positive about yourself and keep training. nice double end bag btw.....i use the same in my gym.
Thanks. Trained 3 years from my 16th 'till my 19th. Then quit for a year and trained in Cuba for a month. That was 5 years ago. I now only box incidentally in my garage when I feel like. The vid's from about 2 months ago.
Good hand-speed, all I can really see is needing to keep your hands up/bring your punches straight back to guard after you throw them, to not leave yourself exposed for your opponent.
Your hand speeds good, your foot speed would probably improve if you weren't wearing clogs. Just kidding
mu****a, you would be easy to time as you pic your left foot up everytime you get ready to throw. you gotta change that **** before it becomes a habit.
