I'm not entirely convinced that Floyd will even win this fight, let alone stop Pac... If anything he will probably take a close decision, but none of my money is going down on this one...
Marquez has never been knocked out? Neither has Mosley. But the Pacman has. I can easily see Mayweather stopping Pacman in the late rounds. Floyd would have stopped Mosley, but Mosley is one of the most durable fighters of our time. Pacman cuts, swells, and bleeds far to easily for an accurate puncher like Mayweather. Pacs only chance is to hurt May early, and finish him off.
Floyd Mayweather Jr. has not Knocked anyone out, KO not TKO, since May 22 1999 (Just1n Juuko). Manny Pacquiao has not been Knocked out since September 17 1999 (by Medgoen Singsurat). So can you explain to me how Mayweather will "destroy" Pacquiao?

Pac will KO Mayweather but while he is knocked out Floyd will have a dream of KOing Manny in the first round. When Mayweather finally wakes up he will be happy as he will have thought he won.

Although May never goes for the KO, I think he and his ego make an exception here. he will systematically break down and punish Paq, similar to the hopkins/joppy fight. i believe that May truly hates paq and roach and wants to destroy them.
I doubt Mayweather will KO Pac, only because he'll make sure to keep his defense intact and not risk getting KTFO himself. But he'll beat down Pac over 12.
