    Everyone proves their short term memories in picking Khan/Maidana and Marquez/Katsidis. Honestly, the fight of the year was Segura vs. Calderon, it just seems nobody bothered to watch it.

    yeah I voted that on another thread, but I misinterpreted it as in biggest fight of the year and fight of the year. I looked at it and voted too quick before I realized what they were asking for

    Honestly, the fight embodies Mexico vs. Puerto Rico; young and fresh swarmer vs. master boxer.

    It's tough between those fights. I think Khan - Maidana is a little overrated though. If there was a gun to my head I would probably choose Mares - Darchinyan, but it wouldn't be an easy choice, and any of those fights are worthy of the honour.
