That was just a normal counter left hook, the way Donaire throws his left hook is the way it is SUPPOSED to be thrown. Amateurs are taught to punch from the hips with torque from day one.
If you can't tell the difference between a standard counter and a check hook then I hate to say it but ' you don't know sheeeeit about boxing' . .
