He had a good chin and an even better punch. Too bad for him he didn't have the reach to make that punch land more often , it is also a reason to why he was so limited to using the hook and not straight punches . He did jab actually , but what is the use of jabbing when you are 5'9" and having a 69" reach when you fight a 6'4" guy with 81" ?
What does this have to do with skill ?
Skill is to know when not to try doing this and when to do , and then to know how .

Tua was an undersized, relative unskilled, fat slob with a good chin and punch. Like I said a fringe contender. Nothing special. And Lewis owned him.
