From what I've heard Haye's pretty good on the nutrition side of things. Apparently he spends like £1000 on food per week, all organic and ****. He's a big believer of you are what you eat.

its about 5000+ calories a day... sometimes more depending on how the weight is going during the week actually there are times during the week I have to force him to eat... just no appetite...... but we have it down to a science now over the last 6 years

You never know, you might even be able to get advice on how to set up your chain of restaurants from the best in the business - the guy that's chef to Haye :happy
