In my opinion you count the years starting at year one and NOT year zero. 1-10 as opposed to 0-9 the first decade after christ was 1-10 (NOT 0-9) the first millennium was 1-1000, second millenium started year 1001... and though we celebrated the new millennium last 2000, the correct year to celebrate the beginning was 2001. But of course, the changing of 1999 to 2000 looked infinitely better. THus Floyd was on the p4p list in 1998-2000 (part of one decade) in 2001-2010 (part of another) in 2011, has not fought yet. disregard the above if there really was a year zero.
