Some idiot thinking roadwork is a waste of time. I think I will take the blueprint from the hundreds of legendary fighters who swear by it. There is a reason the likes of Mayweather never run out of steam. Roadwork routine being one of them. I think i will go with an undefeated legend rather than some fat ****ing keyboard warrior.
roadwork is good but should only be done on sand or soil. our bodies were not meant to run on concrete or rock.
they arent meant to run wearing foam cushions underneath them either. done correctly, a 70yo could run marathons year round.
