Double end bag substitute?

    Hello, I am unable to install a double end bag in my home and gym is closed down. Do you think one of those reflex balls with the tennis ball hanging from string would give similar results to the double end bag? I own many of these, but never really tried it. Let me know any alternatives to the double end bag if any.

    They get kind of pricey, but reflex bags are a decent alternative.
