The reason your aching is because you haven't worked out for awhile, so you're muscles aren't used to it. Let yourself heal up tomorrow and then start working out again after that.

If you are unfit you need to train to be able to train... if that makes any sense.

After you are fit enough to train, embrace the pain.

I don't blame you, he was the worst human being ever to walk the earth. I don't see anything wrong with the Hitler avatar, though.

It makes perfect sense RDJ. You need to be more hollistic with your thought process as your VERY sports specific. I have 2 bad knee injuries from years of playing ball. Doing nothing makes it worse. Resting them is important but the surrounding stabilizers are shockingly pathetic to the point that i MUST rehab them and target those specific area's if i want to be able to play sport competitively.

You should read the last page of El Pumas's strength and conditioning thread about training for running. It makes sense as I have knowledge of what was being said about it from personal experience even if it sounds a little wacky.

I'm feeling great at the moment, packed in yoga, may still go back to it but I am sticking to what I enjoy and right now that's running and swimming. I'm not training for anything just want to maintain my fitness level. Been averaging 2 swims a week with 30 lengths each visit. I keep meaning to do 2 more each time but it's summer holidays at the moment and every time I visit the pool it is full of kids

Anyway, just wanted to say thanks to RDJ and Puma for hints and tips and motivation :D
