    Hi, y'all!
    Could someone pleas describe what happends in the burpees?
    I'm new here, so maybe I'm doing something wrong, but I just can't see the video?

    yeah that looks like a great drill but how would i set this up at home?

    also scrap what kind of drill do you like for lateral movement and head movement?

The woodyband thing can be used with an anchor or just over the shoulder which i prefer for balance. What he has over his shoulders is about a 100lbs of ressitance. if wrong you feel you are wrong.

    The video in the first post is 'private' and I can't watch. Is it just 30 seconds of burpees and then 30 seconds of shadow boxing repeated for 3 min rounds?

    which colour woody band do you prefer? i have a few of the green ones.

    Relentless. He is using Green, but He is a strong Middle 5ft 9ins. It depends on your hight and fitness, you can try them but i would start out with Blue, the longer the stretch the more the ressistance.

    They are 41" woody Bands loops. put them over the shoulders then lift the feet and place them in the loop, then push down with the leg.
