Are you competing? Sounds like you have good amount of training. If you want to put in some extra time at home I would do 3-5 rounds of shadowboxing in the mornings and evenings. Not so much for exercise, practice slowly and work on technique.

    I prefer 6 x 1 1/4 hour training sessions with sundays off.

Don't forget to stretch first. If you workout more than 45 Mins at a time or your body will revert into a Catabolic State!
"Look it up!" After resting for 45 Mins, you can stretch some more, and then do another workout , and then rest again, and repeat.

I learned this from the Russian Olympic Athletes who did a lot of weight training.
Being that I have already followed these instructions I know this method works.

When I was fighting as an national level amateur, we trained 10 times a week. 5 times in the morning and 5 times in the evening for 2 h.
Just to give u a perspective on what amount of training is needed, even if u only fight for the golden pineapple.
