BUT.......are not of European nationality????????????? I dont know if you had to be a national or even a citizen in a european country,

Council. 3.6. not holding any World Title of any Federation. so im guessing if they can get a irish passport they can fight for one
why do they need an Irish passport - its says you have to be a domicile not a citizen am I reading that wrong?
