Woah why the defensive post. I'm just asking for advice?

Please can you tell me how to get my forearms hulk strong then? Chopping wood or tire hammer? Surely they would work your whole body rather then just your forearms?

Neck!? Well no it's not obvious. Obviously you know but I don't thats why I'm asking. I know my middle name- it's obvious.

According to this thread my best course of action is to eat less, and lift 16 rocks out of a pit. This will ensure that my arms become toned and thankfully not muscular. I will also hit tires and chop wood- to improve me forearm power. My chest and upper back don't matter thankfully. As long as I can squat strongly. By strong I mean lots of times not heavy weights.

    Thanks for your help everyone.

Your legs should be aerobically strong. And don't forget to make your arms hard. And use a neck harness to improve your punching as well.

Cheers mate - I was wondering what the neck harness was for. I might just wear it all day- that way I will be even more powerful then any human can imagine

People try and help either for there own ego, or because they are good people. But seriously read a book or something.
