What is "athleticism"?

    he slipped a punch with his hands behind his back which is essentially like hsi hands down albeit a bit out of position so took a buit more handspeed, its not like he was on the olympic rings


    That said Jones was very athletic overall for a boxer, not quite Prince Naseem however Jones was a far bigger man

    Power is a function of size, speed, an technique

    You can have excellent technique and lack any great athleticism, or you could posess a size advantage, or sheer brute force

    I guess you can boil it down to an ability to move quickly and fluidly, with the feet, hands, and upper body.

    A boxer in possession of natural abilities that cannot be taught or trained, extreme speed, extreme power, great refelexes **** like that.

    its used to describe guys that have never won a title but still get hyped as if they are some kind of factor.
