What Are Good Ways To Stengthen Your Core?

    Ah okay. Try to remember that you're not on your mobile so if you try to communicate with people it's best not to say things like 'LMAO'. Try to think about what you're typing aswell because that looked like a sarcastic dig at someone trying to help you.

    What are peoples thoughts on stability exercises for the core?
    E.g every so often i might do push ups on those twisty handle things (technical name) with my feet on a med ball or swiss ball. But to be honest i dont know enough about it apart from it feels great to do and difficult to balance and keep stable.

    It gives Conciousness, to the mechanics of Balance. Inner Ear, Coxxys and Bigtoe, helping the body to compensate for the damage the Eyes do.

    can you over do those sort of balancing and stability exercises? for example should push ups always be preformed like that do you believe?

    Johnboy, it depends who or what youre working with. Were there to get people conditioned. not injure them either in Body Or Mind :D.
