    Lawyers aren't dumb.

They knew were they were going to plead guilty as soon as they got the police report. They just didn't know how many days he'd have to go to jail for.

Booking the May 5th date was just posturing/keeping his name in the headlines.

No, not MGM. More like the fans who thought he was serious about fighting pac 05/05/12.

I highly doubt his incarceration was something new or out of the blue. His legal team had to expect this, considering how close the reservation of the MGM and his sentencing were.

Lindsay Lohan did 6 months in like 4 hours.

Most millionaires don't go to jail for pleading out to misdemeanor offenses. As all the felonies got reduced to misdemeanors, you don't expect much or any jail time. From knowing you have a range of 2 days to 18 months, his whole legal team was probably counting on the 2 days plus fines and community service. I believe he'll fight in June sometime, maybe July, and then at the end of the year.

Did Lindsay beat a ***** down, though?

Didn't she go to jail for stealing a bracelet or something?

That was due to overpopulation in jail. Are Nevada's jails as populated as California's?

I think he is gonna come out of Jail with a lot of Motivation, Jail Changes a lot of people, they usually ***** out, or turn into a bad ass mother****er...

Lets see what becomes, I think he might keep his date especially if he gets out for good behavior.

1:55 on....check how floyd is when he's rattled. Imagine him on edge/jumpy, always looking around like this for 90 days.

i would be surprised if he's fighting this May.

    Summary for the intelligent non-partisans:

    - FMJ wont fight May 5th because his sentence leaves inadequate time for both training and promotion.

    - His legal team are not privy to information indicating the length of the sentence intended to be imposed. Any talk of ducking via jail time is beyond ridiculous.

As is reason in relation to *******s. These people claim the he used the blood test to avoid the fight, but he knew the pac would refuse. Even after they said they would have no problem with any testing. Also they claimed that pac filed the lawsuit to force floyd to fight. It was beyond their understanding that it actaully hurt the chance the fight would be made. In the minds of clowns like lance floyd sits around tring to think of ways to not fight including jail
