He is right. Calzaghe pissed his career away fighting bums. His only significant wins are a cakewalk against a shot Jones and an Ugly gift decision against Hopkins.
as far as the poll goes its obviously Calzaghe, because that was his aim from the moment he won the title, to build a legacy at SMW. He didnt actually feel or realise at the time that he could have built a better legacy by taking more risks and losing a few fights. I wish he had, then the guys over in the USA wouldnt laugh at him so often and would at least respect him in the way they respect Froch for being a man. Such is the price of protecting your record.

Bernard just wanted a route of fights with more buck per bang. Beating Calzaghe wouldnt give him anything to bargain with in 2002/03, but it certainly paid well later.
