clottey is a dangerous fighter. didnt get the manegment until after a 9 year career in no mans land. one of the best left uppercuts since terry norris. almost surgical like punches with a cliffs of dover defence. always a hard buy. but agaisnt the more technical and talented guy with the far superior jab it has to be quartey. quartey is most definitely the 2nd best ghanaian export after nelson. but really he is one of the greatest welters of the 90's. he was avoided and given patchy choices of fights. we lost a total of 5 years of good prime years at welter and lightmiddle. anyways. quartey by ud. with some strong exchanges from both that possibly clottey could get the better of at points.

I think Clottey is a hell of a fighter to be honest, but that being said, hes got nothing over Ike..... it would be an interesting fight because of how much they remind me of eachother sometimes, but at the end of the day, Ike does everything that Clottey does, only better. imo. And hes just got more to his offense.... with a greater will and mind. Theres just no way I see Clottey winning this. Ike UD, 9 rounds to 3.
