Supplements for joint pain and aches

    Whats up Y'all first post here on esb :happy. What are the supplements you use for joint and muscles? any recommadations like a brand perhaps

    Glucoasmine is what i use ;-)

    Works wonders as well.

    Thanks you guys no where in the uk i could get them high quality and not too expensive?
    Went running for the 1st time in a month and my calfs are aching twodays after. Mans going to suck it up today and go for my sprints and then maybe buy what i need on the weekend. Btw brothers does fish oil contain any calories? I'm also not looking to move up in weight

    Fish oil has as much calories as any fat/oil/lipid, however, you're only taking a few grams a day at around 9 calories/gram.

    Mr smalls which one would you say is better? I'm going to buy a few things tomorow and might buy one of them cuz my knees start aching after runs.

    My joints are in poor shape if my sleep isn't decent, also.
    If I have a particularly late night, I get all sorts of aches and pains the next day.

    I would go in that order of personal preference mate.

    cool fish oils it is!
    nearly a year 2day i started my 1st thread and you gave me the best (simple aswell) advice on it.
