    He was vegan when he fought Bellew and was over 220lbs. He's really skinny these days.

    Going vegan does not mean being skinny and weak. There are plenty of high protein vegan food sources.

    He was most likely juicing.

    It's the same with Tyson.

    Frank Bruno, man that guy was pumped like Mr Olympia, now his legs are hilariously thin, and upper body is deflated, still toned though.

    He was living the dream at one point. Really stressful to keep that going..
    I think it's bizarre seeing Jacked Slyvester Stallon as a great grandpa or whatever. Too much pride imo. Gotta let it go at some point inho

    What is wrong with Vegan??? I've been technically Vegan for years...? Made lots of muscle gains. I know it is not perfect, nutritionally, but how does it affect performance?

    Bro, can I have your diet plan please.

    I've always tried to eat healthy but for some reason my vitamin D went seriously low and made me vulnerable to a really bad stomach virus. I lost 10kg in 4 days and have just started to recover. I'd like to go vegan but wouldnt know where to start....

    I take a quality Vitamin D supplement, check Amazon.

    I have 250 Grams of Greek Yoghurt Total full fat
    60grams of Chia seeds sprinkled on top
    Cup of blue berries
    100 grams of Meridian Smooth Peanut Butter

    = 950 calories
    = 60 grams protein


    200 grams dry pasta
    1 tablespoon of Olive oil
    20 grams of butter
    Broccoli
    1 full bell pepper.
    = 1100 cal
    =35 grams protein

    Protein bar pro2go
    avacado

    =500 calories
    = 26 grams protein

    =2550 calories, 120 grams protein


    4th meal whatever you want to top up, cheese sandwich, cheese pizza, more yoghurt, a slice of cake, sweet potato

    Bro I moved away from the ocean I used to eat pounds of fresh fish weekly for years then I stopped suddenly. I lost over 60 pounds of muscle & fat.

    I have a shredded six pack the ladies love it no joke. I have noticed men & masculine women have less respect for me.

    Not always but ive noticed a huge difference, especially with simpletons.

    This one lady once claimed to have more muscle then me lol... I was like "really you weigh 190 lbs??" No response lol.
