I've looked at numerous p4p all time lists and I've never seen him in the top 50. The greatest bantamweight should be higher surely.
I wouldn’t put him in the top 20, but since I would put him in the top 50 I can’t find to much fault for placing him there. Since I am a big Jofre appreciator I like that someone may...but personally I don’t see him making the cut for top 20-25

He's top 50 and should be comfortably in my view. I can certainly see an argument for top 20. Still trying to pull together my 100 best of the last 100 years at the moment and he currently resides in the top 20 there.
The Ring, ESPN, Bert Sugar, IBRO and Matt McGrain all had him top 50. The Ring has him #19, IBRO had him 15.
