    If that was me as the fighter, I'd expect to think to myself to a degree and I'd of gone orthodox if I honestly felt what I was being told wasn't working. End of the day the fighter has to use his gut instinct, I know it's hard to go against the corners advice though but if you deep down can tell then you do what you think will win you the fight.

    Entertaining fight, right winner. Obviously wanted RDJ to win but glad he never got the decision as he lost. I think he lost by 2-3 rounds. Why there was a Liverpool ref for a fight involving a Liverpool fighter I will never know. Fighter/Ref shouldn't be from same place.

    The ref did everything he could to help RDJ then. Constantly pulled up on infringements and took nothing whilst (rightfully) taking one off the Mexican kid.

    Always supported Davies but he's done now. He's got one hell of a chin on him. Always had the skills but likes a fight to much and not enough pop to keep an opponent honest. He needs to hang them up. Has @kojak mentioned, Joe Hughes bust him up and should have had a win over him too.
