If both are at their normal levels, isn't Dubios a lot better than Wardley?

I want Wardley to win but his low lead hand could cause him issues. He needs to keep the left hand up.

Wardley is mentally tougher and smarter than Dubois, this will count for a lot. Both lack a lot in terms of technical ability especially defence and are even in that regard. The AJ win does not set Dubois apart, because AJ is shot to ****.

Ben Davidson is coming in with a plan no doubt.

What is an example of Dubois at "normal level"? I'm not sure you can base it off of a fight with a specific opponent, because he can't adjust when someone makes him uncomfortable.
I'm not sure if he was in a better state against Joshua vs against Usyk, it's just that Joshua was afraid of him, so Dubois jumped on him, and Usyk used movement to counter him and completely neutralize his offense.
He landed a lot of good punches on Joyce, but got his face jabbed off to the point where he broke a bone.
I'm not sure Dubois differs much from fight to fight, he just can't adjust to those who are a bad stylistic matchup.

He's technically a bit more skilled but imo not enough to overcome the better intangibles that Wardley has (heart and confidence)

I have Wardley by stoppage but I wouldnt bet my house on it.

Dubois is a very live dog here. Wardley seems to get buzzed every single fight then go up a gear. Could be different from a Dubois punch

Everyone thought Dubois would crumble vs Hrgovich.

Depends on how Wardley can take Dubois' power. Heart doesn't mean **** if your nervous system short circuits. You can hang around getting hit by Hunis and Parker but I would think you can't take as many from Dubois.

Wardley really surprised me in the Parker fight. Even tho I had Parker winning when the questionable stoppage came, it was very competitive. Parker on paper was a much better boxer, better defence, more experience, and he had the cocaine boost activated too. But still Wardley made it very close and almost had Parker out in the second. Which tells me Wardley is a better boxer than I have him credit for.

Dubois likely has to get this done in the first half because he starts to lose heart as things go on. And that’s gonna be hard because Wardley has a good chin and doesn’t seem to get discouraged even when he’s losing every round (like against Huni).

Plus Dubois is inactive and coming off a loss. I see Wardley as the favourite, even if like in the Parker fight Wardley should on paper be a few levels below.

Ben Davidson being Wardley’s trainer is probably the best thing Dubois has going for him. Davidson is absolutely clueless.

That's a rather ignorant take considering he took his fighter from drawing with Clarke to a world title in 4 fights.

Both are easy to hit and both have power so it has the makings of a great fight,Wardley also has to be careful of Dubois and his use of the head, this was instrumental in his win over Hrgovic so hopefully if this does happen the Ref will address the the situation straight away.

Should give him the new nickname "Juggernaut" to reflect his strategy of barreling in headfirst at opponents lol.
