Yeah I'm such a hater of Usyk I literally made this thread prior to the 1st Fury fight with the thread title.

"It's better for boxing if Usyk wins"

No he doesn't at all ?

The fact is he's a young Heavyweight with what appears to be a promising future.

We need new talent in the division the likes of Joshua, Fury, Usyk, are retiring soon.

It seems strange you don't want new talent to emerge for the next era of Heavyweights.

The division will get pretty boring fast without the likes of Usyk, Joshua, Fury, etc.

Usyk has been a gift from the gods, without him the division would be a mess. Also, thank you Tuki The Excellent, for sponsoring his championship run at Heavyweight.

The reason I like Usyk is because I used to debate here all the time that Heavyweights from 210+ pounds could compete in the modern era of Heavyweights.

And Usyk proved that to be true and then some.

Usyk isn't the biggest puncher but he's won fights being the smaller man by having superior skills and better conditioning down the stretch in his fights.

The reason I want Itauma to succeed once Usyk retires.

Is that Itauma seems to have the skills that are more custom to the older Heavyweights of the 90s.

That's why I don't get all the negativity for Itauma.

Yeah his personality is kind of boring but personalities don't mean a thing when you get inside the ring.

We need new talent for the next era of Heavyweights as the Usyk, Fury, Joshua, Wilder, era is coming to an end soon.

Yep! People can say what they want about Allen, but he’s NOT an easy nights work for most of the division. Hrgovic went through him! Hope Dave is ok.

Yeah those lefts to Allen’s body were NASTY. The sound they made… Filip needs to not forget the body against itauma. Those shots could very well pay off later rounds.

Dubois is the same "Mental midget" which quit twice against Usyk. The second fight came AFTER the Hrgovic fight, so I'm not sure what you spotted which was different.

In fact, when he was but on his backside against Wardley, his first reaction was to look at his corner like he was ready to throw it in again. Luckily for Dubois, he was in with a very brave but very limited fighter with Wardley.

Although I still contend that IF Wardley had jumped all over Dubois, instead of letting him build of confidence, Wardley would've won that fight early. He made the mistake of letting a very fragile Dubois gain some confidence back, something Usyk never let him do.
