yup... fought at amateur level for 12 years. Didn't fancy the switch to pro because i was warned if i came to work with anymore black eyes they would have to let me go. So i stopped boxing and now coach at my local gym and have got my ref license and ref lots of amateur tournaments at the moment. I know and live 2 minutes away from Ian John Lewis though so i've been trying to get me a job on Friday Fight Night

Use to box at the Garland, TX Optimist Club, that almost 30 years ago. Was nothing special. I have always worked out since then on heavy bag and speed bag. Still gained a lot of weight though.

And what exactly have you achieved in a boxing ring? Any real boxing fan would show respect to every professional boxer out there. Regardless of the level that these guys box at, they deserve a whole lot more credit than you give, calling them 'Tomato cans' says a whole lot more about you than it does them.
