:patsch Why does it matter? Especially in the amateurs you're not there to showboat; have you even had a match yet?

Last time i saw showboating in the Amatuers it was Craig McEwan. He had an Exhi up here after getting his Bronze at Comm's, might of been a fight canna remember. Boy was from Aberdeen ( good fighter too..Matheson ? ) he decided mid-round to throw combo's at the ref as he boxed his opponent :rofl

No offence pal but if i had forums and people with a lot of experience wishing to give advice when i boxed i wouldnt be talking pish about showboating etc

These people are damn well helpful and they dont have to be, use it well :deal

Alright, I hate to break it to you; but the first time you have a fight you will be so utterly exhausted, anxious, and wound up that showboating will be the furthest thing from your mind. Your main thoughts will be ones like "why am I doing this?" and "oh God, I better block that punch".
