1.5 miles

    My best time for two miles was 11:47 i did two miles last night though been out of training for three weeks been in hospital etc dun it in 13:30 not great but not too bad should be getting it down to 12s soon.

    we got to do it for a test twice a year for the military, and hey i am not a heavy no more! Light Heavy now :D! thanks for the compliment.

    i did my personal best 4 miles in 32 mins. At elevation though, is that a good 4 mile?

    Not uncommon as a military fitness test.

    Under 10:00 is a fairly realistic and achievable goal.

    passing for 20-24 year olds is 13:30. My time is slow low, because prior to boxing, and having my baby boy i had inspirations to try out for the navy seals, and now I am just an inshape computer geek.

    Damn, I think the passing time for that age group in aus is like 11:30

    My PB for a mile is about 5.15. never timed a 1.5 mile. I reckon under 8.30 if I tried

    Good times, under 12 minutes is a decent goal for running 2 miles.

    95% of average joes cant run anywhere near as fast as that, so It's a good time to aim for for when you need to run away from cops or security guards, they'll never catch you! :p

    7.30 my pb and im 200-220lbs from a athletics background before boxing

    cross county and sprinting to county level then moved to boxing at 17 and now 19
