    Outside means nothing

MEN is one of the best in the world. And the busiest in the world. I went to MSG 2 years ago and the bloke doing the tour there said that apart from it being steeped in better history, MSG comes second to the MEN in Manchester Ingerland at EVERYTHING.....Ticket sales, revenue, seating etc etc

    Manchester KO1 Liverpool :deal :yep

Jennings is facing some Hungarian guy, doubt it'll be televised.

Fighthing Laszlo Komjathi, to be fair he's a very good win some lose some international type, been in with Kotelnik, Khan, Lee Meager, Souleymane MBaye, Dean Harrison, DeMarcus Corly. He's no mug. Reckon Sky will probably show a few rounds of this, as to build up when Jennings and Brook do meet.

It looks to be an eight rounder, they may squeeze it in especially if ending early I'd surmise. The alternative would be to show the Bellew match, or just Smith-Quigley by itself.

Just had a look on warrens website now, is that the definite schedule for tonight? If so, are we looking at bellew starting at about half 9ish?Cant leave glasgow till later than i expected, by the time i get home, change and pick tickets up etc, i'll prob be looking at getting in the arena about half 8

  9. Do you guys think this is one of the biggest all Merseyside clashes ever?

My knowledge is limited, but would you guys say this was bigger than Neary-Holligan in Stanley Park for the WBU?

    Definitely in recent memory.

I'm sure some of the old timers could spout about some of the McAteer clashes from yesteryear (and good old Pat Dwyer fights) but in recent memory yeah, this is bigger than Neary v Holligan for me.

    Cant wait to get going!!

  13. I'll be honest, The Echo Arena is a hell of alot more impressive from the outside, but the MEN is a much better venue inside, no doubt, and I'm a Scouser. The worst seat in the house at the MEN is still a decent seat, The Echo Arena, not the same, even though you'd think it would be as it's a more 'intimate' venue.

Still a cracking little Arena though.

Only caught the last two rounds - spirited finish from Paul but the commentators make it sound like he may have needed the KO.

They're actually showing quite a bit of action.

The Gavin, Bellew, and now Cox fights.
