I don't think he's a shoe in. In the scenario that Hatton beats Pacquiao and then possibly another light-welter champion, he's in. If he beats Pacquiao, he probably makes it. If he doesn't, he might do on the back of beating Tszyu & Castillo. I think Vazquez has a chance on the basis of his trilogy with Marquez - made all the more important by the fact he edged that trilogy. Obviously a lot of that depends on whether Marquez gets in aswell, if he does than Vazquez definately does, if not then Vazquez probably needs a couple of more good wins to get in. I tend to use Barry McGuigan as a yard-stick for the IBHOF, if he gets in then Vazquez and Hatton definately should, but then I look at some of the names omitted like Lloyd Marshall, and I tend to think that maybe they might miss out.
