    I agree though Cotto's resume is overlooked and with them 2 big wins he would have a fantastic resume

    Cotto would get beat worse than Rodney King

    hope to see the fight though, only fight out there that makes sense for Cotto

    it would be huge, but I do not see him beating Sergio. Bad style matchup for Cotto. Cotto needs the young green guys who get in brawls to look good, or the guys with weak chins like Judah. Cotto is good, but if an experienced guy with a chin gets him in a brawl he usually loses. What I love about Cotto is his guts. He is an all out gutsy warrior type of fighter.

    He still has never been a legit champion. In an earlier era they had a name for guys like him. It was "contender". Later, after a few losses the name changed to "journeyman". He has yet to earn the title "Champion" let alone ATG status. Cotto and Martinez would have had a hard time cracking the top ten rankings at middle if they fought in the 80's. I like Cotto and he needs to retire before he ends up spending his retirement eating his meals from a tube.
