    It's weak.

Pavlik and Abraham is about it.

Wright hasn't fought for donkeys years and is nearing the end of his career. Sturm and Williams are ok but not headline fights. And Mundine is going back up to LHW to fight Green after having his first MW fight tonight :patsch

Mundine will fight for a MW title before he takes on Green in 1 year.....it will be against sturm or vacant title but he will get a shot later in the year.

After Pavlik and Abraham the only name that really matters is the winner of Wright/Williams. If Winky wins, he'd make a good name on a resume, but other than that, even if he dominated Williams, he's to old to stay in the mix for more than one or two more fights. If Williams wins, I think Arthur and Kelly would both find him quite hittable, and if either of these guys finds you hittable, it's gonna be a short night.

A strong top four, Then nothing coming through means this is a weak division made even worse with the fact that Sturm wont fight any of the other Champions.

still, no one their would have the balls to move up @168 for the next 5 years...they would wait for the welters to take the fight of each other before the destroy them when they move up...again, no one would fight paul williams. even cotto would duck him..i just hope that cintron would find his stride once again and put up a competitive fight against williams..

pavlik would duck anybody in the top 5 for the rest of 2009..he needs to redeem himself by facing lesser opponents...im curious on what abraham would do...he needs money fights. maybe he must fight in europe for 168 title

Abraham should certanly move to 168, pick up an ABC trinket, and stay in Germany fighting mandatories. Winky with 3/4 of a tank of gas would humiliate him, and Pavlik will leave him slumped on the canvass wondering what the **** just happened. AA is easily the most over rated figher on ESB.

yet he is the most deserving fighter in any other division that deserves a shot at the undisputed title in his division and Pavlik's team doesnt want to mention him

They only mention Abraham in every interview. To bad AA is busy with the great fighters; you know, like Ayala, Marquez, and LuJaun simon.

I agree that super middle is better right now.

But midlde can get our attention if Pavlik and Abraham fight.

Middle will be better in a year or two when Golovkin, Pirog, Zbik, Korobov come through. Some good Brits out there, Martin Murray, Matthew Macklin, Darren Barker. Potentially good Americans Quillin and Joe Greene also. When we start to see which of all these guys are going places it can be a good division.

I think you might be wrong in just about every way. OK, Abraham's IBF title defences are nothing special. He is doing the job fairly efficiently, i..e stopping Marquez midway. AA isn't on a full gastank at middle, he's drained as fvck, but he still did the job without half the waste and half the flapping and shoeshining of Jermain Taylor.

If he goes up to 168 he'll be a better fighter and he showed it in the Miranda rematch in America. Abraham has mixed it up in decent company (Miranda, Eastman, Ikeke) and he can do better at 168. But there is no easy title. Maybe get Kessler over is the best bet, see if AA can time that jab with right hands. Home advantage would be crucial. Froch, Balzsay, Bute are rookie champs and it might not be in their plans to fight AA.

Cute list, yet a false one.

All names from 6th to 10th are false. Duddy has no top10 victories or fights, Lorenzo´s only top20 opponent was Marquez whom he lost to, Rubio won some cheap eliminator but got a one-sided-ass-whoopin from Pavlik. Lopez and Zbik have no big wins either.

Sylvester, Gevor, Asikainen and Castillejo are all better than these guys. Put them up there.

Wright, Williams? When? Yeah right! I am waiting to see them in 160...
