1980 Ali v 2005 Tyson

I am going to go with the 1980 version of Ali here. Though he was shot physically, Ali still had a tremendous amount of heart while Tyson was shot mentally and had no heart for boxing anymore.

 

Tyson was shot fully by 2005 at age 39, but Ali was physically sick by 1980 with Park's Syndrome, yet that wasn't really confirmed until 1984...

Tyson of '05 probably is too strong for '80 Ali and fold's Ali before tiring out himself...

We dig up the 1950, 4yr dead corpse of jack johnson and pit him/it against the 1985, only-2yrs-dead-corpse of jack dempsey, in a 15 rounder with bell only able to save in the last round.

Why not? It would be as entertaining as these 2 shells

 

I think I did this exact same thread under Johnstown or another name along time back. I will go with my views than. Assuming it is the "same" Ali that fought berbick and the "same" tyson that fought mcbride (the reason I make that point is this...if tyson knew he was fighting Ali, any Ali, he might train a hell of allot harder even at that point of his career). But anyhow, McBride Tyson beats the **** out of Berbick Ali for several rounds (as Ali was actually "punch drunk" with parkinson). However, Tysons stamina, and heart starts to give out. Over 15 rounds I pick Tyson to quit at some point (as long as the refs isnt too protective of Ali in the first rounds). Over 12 I still pick Ali. Tyson might take it in a 10 round fight (enough rounds in the bank..he might not quit against Ali).

 

Oh god, probably Ali he would probably only fight if he was hungry meanwhile Tyson wasnt

In this nightmare scenario,there's only one credible outcome. By 2004/2005,Tyson had virtually no punch resistance left. Even an Ali of 1980/81 could still have had him off balance enough to scrape a decision.
