Margarito is too big at WW, and Ricky Hatton is too small. I'd take Margarito by UD. Would be a competitive fight though.
Margarito is too big and too relentless. Margarito runs over pretty much everyone at 140 and 147. The only people that are going to give him a fight are fighters that can much his size and strength and physical durability, as well as having a 1. great workrate or 2. an excellent boxer or 3. an airtight defense and great countering ability
Hatton has that ******ed habit of blocking punches with his face which would be a surefire recipe for disaster against someone like Margarito that likes to throw over 100 punches a round. Factor in how easy Hatton swells and cuts during fights and you can pretty much imagine what the state of his face would be after a round or two. However, it would be dynamite while it lasted. Hattons gets flattened within 4 in an entertaining brawl.
