How do you see a fight of the current Wladimir Klitschko vs. the George Foreman in 1991 who fought Holyfield playing out?
Wlad outboxes George for a few rounds but gets caught and knocked out..George by KO after around 6 or 7 rounds..
Wlad by Wide Decision or TKO. In 1991, George's only fight worth anything was a loss to Evander Holyfield.
Bad matchup for Wlad. Vitali would fare better. Wlad doesn't have the chin and would eventually get caught. Foreman has a good enough chin to asborb punishment to deliver the shot. Wlad wins every round until getting knocked flat in the 6th. Keith

This is a typical example of creating the myth that Wlad would lose to any former great. Creating this myth is probably done by lookin at Wlad's worst night against Sanders or Brewster and at Foreman's one glorious punch against Moorer and concluding that Big George would just knock out Wlads easily. Let's get some facts straight: 1. George didn't knock out Morrison, Schulz or Briggs, who don't have better chins than Wlad, but less skills. He needed luck against Schulz who was demoliushed by Wlad. 2. Comeback George knocked out one elite fighter, Moorer. In that fight, he absolutely needed Moorer to make a mistake that the current version of Wlad simply doesn't make. Apart from the fact that Moorer is shorter than George and Wlad is far better equipped than Moorer to control range. George didn't knock out Grimsley, but would knock out Wlad? 3: Wlad's loss to Sanders had to do with him totally underestimating Sanders, who also had speed and a soutpaw stance. Wlad would never, ever underestimate Foreman, who is smaller and slower than himself and has absolutely nothing in hisn style to get past a taller, faster powerful jabber like Wlad. Chagaev moves a lot better than Foreman and is only one inch shorter. If he had borrowed Foreman's power for that fight against Wlad, nothing would have been different, because he didn't land a power punch to the head. Foreman looked good against Holyfield, because Holyfield was willing to go toe to toe.
Wlad without a problem. 1991 Foreman doesn't have the quickness or tenacity to get inside and so much with the Wlad who fought Chagaev. 1975 Foreman might.
1. We are talking about the 1991 version of George Foreman, and you mention Morrison (93) Schulz (95) and Briggs (97), not quite as relevant as you would think. 2. Grimsley has a better chin than Wlad 3. He has determination and a great chin. He would eventually hit Wlad, and he wasa a ton more destructive than Sanders, Brewster, or even Purrity. Wlad would go down. You can't right off three ko losses and getting bounced off the canvas a few times against Pete ALL AS WLAD'S worse night. those were 4 different nights. Wlad fights completely different now to protect his chain,. which is smart for him. He jabs more, takes less chances and hold like John Ruiz when anyone gets inside his guard. He wouldn't be able to Hold Foreman, and wouldn't be able to keep him off for 12 whole rounds.
