    Valdez pulled off a great upset and Estrada-Roman 2 delivered. So it hasn't been all bad.

    It's been a rubbish year for boxing but there's been worse years.

    It can redeem itself a bit by the end of the year if no more cancellations.

    It's rough being a boxing fan in 2021.

    This year has been cr@p for big fights but not for good fights, plenty of good fights have taken place this year.

    Yes and with each year it will get worse. Covid is just the new excuse for the ABC federations being lame in every single aspect

    Well you can scratch Pac -Spence from that list. And also no way Mundane Smith fights Bebertiev this year.

    Yep garbage year . Politics gets worse and excuses for ducking and delaying more and more frequent.

    The year has been pretty good, Summer however wasn't great, but I expect the last Q3 and Q4 of the year to be good. :chuck:

    Should be a clause in the contract that losing the fight because of a positive covid test result in the fighter losing 20% of the purse. You would see these guys lining up to take the vaccine. Instead, it became an excuse to postpone fights. Now, boxing will go 2 full years in stand by. Hard to believe a sport can survive such bad management.
