This content is protected @CST80 when you gave us DramaShow back, did the conversation go like this by chance? (Death Wish 3 rules!)
To be fair @DramaShow has provided unprecedented schedules to the forum even if he is throwing in a comment or two wearing his Matchroom Tie.
Just waiting for @DramaShow to gain redemption on the forum when he proudly announces Joshua v Zhang for December 23 now Eddie Hearn has publicly stated Joshua wants the fight. No ducking, no excuses as Zhang is ready to do battle.
It won’t be Joshua vs Zhang. I doubt Joshua fights this year. It’s more likely that Eubank vs Benn takes place. But even for that if the Board get in the way then they’ll wait until April and do it at Wembley rather than the UAE which is an option for this year. If Joshua fights in December, it’s with a potential Wilder fight in mind for the beginning of next year. People can say what they want about Joshua ducking Wilder and Hearn not wanting the fight - it’s BS. Wilder hasn’t fought since beating Helenius last year since this is the fight for him. Shelly Finkel hasn’t come out saying anything as this all hinges on Saudi Arabia proposing the money that was originally on the table and sending a contract. I never said that. Read my post again.
‘if the board get in the way’ if Benn’s 2 failed drug tests that he hasn’t yet provided his innocence for get in the way you mean.
If it’s that good then subscribe to DAZN. It’s beyond weird that you go on and on and on about Matchroom and the value DAZN subscribers get yet don’t subscribe yourself.
Yes you did. Your exact quote was - ‘Imagine if they add Anthony Joshua or Chris Eubank Jr vs Conor Benn to the schedule.’ Good day
You know what I meant. Okay I should have added a comma at the end of Joshua to make it clearer. I’m a student. Got to save money!
So you are confirming it is Chicken Joshua MBE. Eddie Hearn must be telling lies - has this ever happened before?
This. Simple fact is he failed two tests, hasn't denied failing two tests and the governing body at the time of the tests doesn't believe he's explained them. I don't know why someone hasn't put this to Benn or Matchroom people.
For those complaining: Matchroom: September 23: Richardson Hitchins vs Jose Zepeda September 30: Jai Opetaia vs Jordan Thompson October 7: Leigh Wood vs Josh Warrington October 21: Jack Catterall vs Jorge Linares October 28: O’Shaquie Foster vs Rocky Hernandez November 4: Joe Cordina vs Edward Vazquez November 11: Pat McCormack in Newcastle November 18: Diego Pacheco vs Marcelo Esteban Coceres November 25: Chantelle Cameron vs Katie Taylor II December 2: UK show featuring Billy Joe Saunders December 9: Regis Prograis vs Devin Haney December 16: Jesse Rodriguez vs Sunny Edwards Maybe Anthony Joshua on December 2 and could be Chris Eubank Jr vs Conor Benn on December 23. Will start January with a bang with a co-promotion with Golden Boy headlined by Jamie Munguia vs John Ryder. Boxxer: September 30: Caroline Dubois vs Magali Rodriguez October 21: Joshua Buatsi vs Dan Azeez November 18: Adam Azim vs Franck Petitjean Maybe Rhiakporhe vs Goumalirian and Billam-Smith vs Okolie / Masternak to add? Queensberry: September 23: Zhilei Zhang vs Joe Joyce II October 5: Masood Abdullah vs Marc Leach October 28: Tyson Fury vs Francis Ngannou November 18: Nick Ball vs Isaac Dogboe Probably one more card for them in December. It will feature Gavin Gwynne but unsure who headlines? Maybe Hamzah Sheeraz and they finally announce Sheeraz vs Bentley for 2024? Fabio Wardley vs David Adeleye good undercard fight even though no British title on the line. A few mismatches though like Denzel Bentley vs Nathan Heaney and Anthony Cacace vs Ryan Garner, plus Ekkow Essuman and Nathaniel Collins fighting journeymen instead of defending their British and Commonwealth Titles. Top Rank: October 14: Zhanibek Alimkhanuky vs Vincenzo Gualtieri November 16: Shakur Stevenson vs Edwin De Los Santos Emmanuel Navarette vs Robson Conceniao is on the Stevenson undercard. Nothing much else I can think of until Arthur Beterbiev vs Callum Smith next year. PBC: September 30: Saul Alvarez vs Jermell Charlo Will add yet another PPV in David Benavidez vs Demetrius Andrade in November. Golden Boy: October 7: Gilberto Ramirez vs Joe Smith Jr October 21: Alexis Rocha vs Giovanni Santillan Ryan Garcia vs Pedro Campa likely to land in November. Will start off with a bang in January with Jamie Munguia vs John Ryder co-promoting with Matchroom.
