I can see sr is trying to take over this camp, because he wants to get credit incase chavez wins, roach's fighters haven't faired to well lately and maybe chavez doesn't have too much faith in him.

Another thing,24/7 is exposure to show your dedication to the sport as well as your social life, this is no act,it's people getting to see the real chavez jr,floyd may act childish, but he makes up for it with his work ethnic.

I no fan of Foolio Jr but I think he wins Saturday. I HOPE sERGIO takes his dome clean of his shoulders but I think Jr finds a way to win.

There is a difference between clever editing and outright acting. I have no doubt that 24/7 has some very clever editing, as does ALL reality television, but I don't think there's any directing or acting going on other than the **** talking which is simply part of the fight game.

I absolutely believe that JR is a lazy ****ing bum who trains on his own schedule cause he was rumored as a lazy ****ing bum who trained on his own schedule YEARS ago. Long before any 24/7 cameras were any where near him.

Have to agree with LarryX here...because it's ****ing obvious!! Chavez Jr. is jumping from fighting B-Level fighters to the number 3 Pound For Pound rated fighter in the world. Sergio Martinez is a whole different animal then he has ever come close to facing before. This fight wont like any different from any other Martinez fight where he clearly is the smaller man. It's not like Sergio is gonna stand still long enough to get himself trapped in a corner or on the ropes where Jr. does most of his best work. And with the half-assesd effort Chavez has put into training, for the biggest fight of his career, he'll be lucky to not gass by the 7th round, in which case he'll be a sitting duck for Sergio Martinez's pot-shots.

 People are biting that "spoiled kid ****" but in reality i'm sure that Chavit prepares seriously for Martinez fight! Those shits with Roach waiting Jr / Jr jumping in that pool meanwhile his father is showing him some " fight tactics" and that attitude "I'm training when I want or I'm taking a day off" is just a massive bull**** for TV audience ! :yep:patsch

Anyway Martinez will "pizza face" this chubby dude !

Gotta agree with the TS for the most part, but he has looked great the last four or five fights, we'll see.

I always get the feeling that they are trying to make each fight look as competitive as possible. Hell, they made Mayweather/JMM look not only like a legitimate fight, but possibly a war.

In this case, I agree. Making the fight look like a mismatch is the opposite of what they do.

I hate to say it, but maybe this loss will be good for Chavez Jr. Maybe he'll learn that he's NOT invincible, and that he needs to stop riding the coattails of his father's success, and be his own man.

    Why the hate?

Level of competition has risen in recent fights.
    Gets better with every fight.
About to take on the best MW on the planet/bad mother****er.

Shouldn't this be the type of guy we rally behind?
