Tyson of the Tyrell Biggs fight vs Tua of the obed Sullivan fight. Who wins? Can Tyson really give away so much weight against a guy coming straight at him? At the time Tua was on an 8 fight win streak and on his way to challenging Lennox Lewis, a fight he was fancied to win.
It is an hard one to decide. Tyson of the Biggs fight, he was damn good there. Lol I can't decide right now, got to think about it.
Not sure the extra weight would prove a detriment for Tyson. He'd be the faster man in there, plus a great chin to absorb Tua s shots. On the other hand Tua to had a concrete chin so he's absorbing Tyson best punches. Still, it's probably the speed that counts here and Tyson handspeed would have Tua maybe covering up early. The fight by mid way, both men slowing down and especially Tua with his bulk, it may turn in to a bit of a Bonecrusher fight with a lot of mauling. The odd shots from both men tho keep them on edge. It' gets to 12 and Tyson is awarded the win and perhaps feeling this one of his tougher fights yet.
I think it would be tough for Tyson. Tua had a chin like cement and he liked slugging it out. Tyson would land more but would likely have less effect than Tua's punches on him. I likewise find it a tough pick.
Definitely proves Marciano would beat Deontay Wilder. Then again, Tua himself was cited as an example of why Marciano could compete with super heavies. Now I’m confused.
Who has Tua beaten that shows he could even beat Tyson in 2000? The less skilled "boxers" of the 90's gave Tua hell. A better fight would be McCall-Tua or even Mercer/Tua.
Ref stops the fight after Tua keeps getting mauled. Tua looked great knockin people out but really had nothing else but Power n a chin.
