For some reason I want to see Pacquiao vs DLH - I can't fathom why. So it looks like it will be ITV for Froch, and then switch over to Sky. Clever move by Hennessy though to compete with Warren,
Awful PPV. Two of the head liners lost their last fight and the other one you'd have to pay me to watch. How sky can ask you to pay for that (on top of sky & sports subscriptions) is a disgrace. I've always hated PPV, but at least it used to mean good fights got made. Now they charge for tripe, WWF incontinent or interplanetary titles. I'm not a fan, but Froch all the way. R
Sky are beginning to really take the biscuit. Even the Hatton fight was PPV because of his name not because of his opponent or the magnitude of the fight.
I wouldn't mind seeing these fights, but I ain't paying for it. There's not a single one I'd feel like I'd missed out on, so **** it, Sky are taking the **** and I can watch 'Gentleman' Carl Froch for free - although I will have to put up with ITV's bull**** punditry. If someone tried to sell me dog's-mess, I'd refuse it - because it's dog's mess, just offering more of it for my money won't work.
I think in this instance Warren has made a clever move, putting his show on the same night as Pac vs DLH - meaning there can be reasoning behind it been put on PPV.
Were the frank warren shows ppv or free in conjunction to the same nights of tyson v bruno 2 and tyson v holy?
Tempted to pay the £15 but im not going to. I dont see why i should pay the money on top of my subscription when Setanta can show top fights as part of their subscription. Setanta have raised the bar imo.
