70's vs 90's heavyweights?

    coulndt agree more. the difference was most of the rated 90s guys got to be a belt holder of some description because there was so many belts, but that also means they did not fight each other as often as the 70s guys. Taking that into acount i just dont see bugner, stan ward, ledoux or evangalista and wepner winning belts in the 90s. the best v the best are prety even fights. theres an argument the decline of ali and frazier who were 60s fighters made the 70s guys look beter.
