I also struggle to see Calzaghe standing up to Eubank's best. When they fought, Eubank was just falling into the shots with little power because of his knee injury; a prime Eubank anchored his feet (quadrupling the power).

The one that could really go either way is Benn-Calzaghe, no question it wouldn't see the 6th round. Maybe even multiple knockdowns!

 

Reid already beat Calzaghe IMO and he would beat Froch prime for prime. Very underrated Reid

 

Even Henry Wharton (out-and-out slugging workhorse) was out-boxing Reid in the first four or five rounds of their fight, if Wharton hadn't changed tactics he would've won a comfortable decision without breaking a sweat.

Calzaghe broke his hand in the 3rd or 4th against Reid remember, he was dominating up to that point.

Robin Reid was a flat-footed arm-puncher, decent natural counter-punching timing and decent strength and physique but that's about it. He was out of his depth against a 42-year-old Sugar Boy Malinga!
