Floyd wants random with no cut off date, what i expect now is that arum has said pac has agreed to 14 day testing, which was part of the old offer. By Arum saying pac has agreed to the testing, he thinks he can fool the public in thinking he has agreed to floyd's term, which is not the case. When floyd beat mosley everything changed. If mosley can do random with no cut off date so can pac. Besides USADA didn't even test all the way up to the fight so what pac afraid of? RANDOM means RANDOM. Floyd silence just proves that Arum and Pac ain't agreed to **** which was offered this time around.
