It's not a question of injuries, it's a question of attitude. Haye wasn't aggressive enough and I don't see that changing in any hypothetical rematch. He won't outpoint Wlad and so needs a big flush punch or three. And you don't get those unless you throw them.

Haye had plenty of opportunities and he just didn't take them, he landed one good punch in the 3rd round on the nose but that was it, he tasted quite a few of vlads jabs and just thought 'yeah they hurt a bit, im gonna play safe and hope to god blad gets tired' and that was it, would play out the same way. I've got haye beating chisora but the vitali fight is a tough one to call!

He just suffered what everyone facing Wlad does - they say, "Oh ****, he's huge. I can't get past the jab without eating it."

Then he got clocked and just shut up shop. Haye got badly stung that night.

Klitschko made him look decidedly average that night........

He made Wlad look pretty average too. It was an awful night...

But, as I never tire of telling people, right after it I was out on Cocoa Beach, checking out gorgeous women playing volleyball and surfing.

    Hard times!

Wladimir looked **** in the fight too. Age old tale, too gunshy to really put Haye to the sword. Yet everyone says he was amazing, for some reason.

i think with a fully fit foot haye has the bounce in his step to put wlad on the floor in the 3rd round, 5th round and 8th round. at this point wlad refuses to get up, cos he has no answer to the hayemaker.

    who said he was amazing?

I think the general consensus was that he won comfortably without ever having to really elevate himself. The opposition just wasnt up to it on the night and Wlad could basically stroll through the rounds..

Haye was fully fit and none injured. The fight is what it was Wladimir winning every time.
